Tickets may be purchased at the event entrance gate for full price, if the event is not sold out.



The 605 Black Hills Classic Beer & Music Festival is happy to present the  South Dakota Beer Tasting which will be held on Saturday September 8th, 2018 from 2-5pm. The event will be included in the price of your ticket. A tasting cup and a starter strip of tasting tickets are included. An optional unlimited tasting wrist band will also be available ($20). Tickets can be purchased here.

The tasting will be immediately followed by the evening’s musical lineup from 5-12:00pm. All attendees of the tasting are welcome to stay for the evening’s music without additional charge.

On September 8th, the 605 Black Hills Classic attendees will be treated to a full day of live music from around five bands and a local South Dakota-only beer tasting. The full-size stage will be nestled into the natural surroundings providing an experience that is unique to the northern Black Hills. The mountain backdrop and high alpine setting create an atmosphere which offers a personal connection to the natural surroundings.

For those unfamiliar with the area, Lead is conveniently located directly between Spearfish and Deadwood, which provides ample hotel and lodging options.

The event is organized by 605 Magazine, a locally owned and operated, free publication based in Sioux Falls, SD.

We will not be providing specific set/start times for any artists. Due to stage setup, turn over, and other variables, those times are fluid. The gates open and music starts at 2pm, the sound permit curfew is 12am. Headlining acts will finish their sets around that time.
