Britt Mollet was 10 weeks postpartum with her second baby “running on fumes.”

“I was staring down my return to full-time work in two weeks and wondering how in the world I was supposed to lose the baby weight,” she recalled. “I was sitting there at 10 a.m., eating a plate of mozzarella sticks, about to turn on The Price Is Right, when I saw an Instagram ad for the FASTer Way.”

It was that moment that she knew something had to change.

After joining the FASTer Way program, Mollet says her body had already transformed in nine weeks.

“Along with my body, I had transformed. I was eating real food I enjoyed and never thought I was even on a diet, as I had stuck to this longer than any other program I had signed up for in the past,” said Mollet.

“I know what it’s like to try everything and still feel like you’re getting nowhere—or even worse—going backwards. And I also know what’s waiting for them on the other side of that.” -Britt Mollet

One evening, while strolling the block with her husband and children, Mollet recalls having a revelation.

“I blurted out, ‘If I could help just one more woman who feels at rock bottom with her confidence, this would be worth it.’ And that was it,” she said. “I became a FASTer Way coach, and six years later, I still get chills every time I have the privilege of changing a woman’s life.”

The FASTer Way specializes in teaching clients how to make small, consistent choices that add up over time.

“It’s creating habits that actually fit your life instead of trying to fit your life around another impossible set of rules,” said Mollet. “Because when you know how to fuel your body and build a lifestyle that works for you, you stop starting over.”

“The other thing I hear all the time is, ‘I just don’t feel like myself.’ It’s not just about weight—it’s about confidence.” -Britt Mollet

Top Notch
One of the most memorable moments in my career was being invited to Costa Rica for a Top Coach Retreat. But what made it special wasn’t the trip itself—it was what it represented. Every woman who took a chance on herself, every client who broke free from the dieting cycle, every message saying, “I finally feel like me again.” This wasn’t just my achievement—it was theirs.

Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner (or Happy Hour)
A favorite local spot for my family is Fernson Brewing Company. Whether it’s for breakfast and coffee or happy hour with a Shy Giant, you’ll catch us there enjoying and playing Uno

Hometown Nostalgia
One of my favorite places to visit in South Dakota is Aberdeen. All my family is still there, and going back home is the best kind of nostalgia with family, friends, and Thatzza Pizza

Morning Glory
The one thing that feels like it literally gave me more time? My morning routine. That quiet time before the day fully starts has become my golden hour—the thing that brings me the most balance. It’s not about doing an hour-long workout or checking off a perfect to-do list; it’s about starting the day with intention and pouring into myself so I can then pour into others!

If you’re ready to stop feeling like your day is running you, grab my free Becoming a Morning Person and How it Can Change Your Life on IG and experience the power of owning your mornings.

“Somehow you are expected to find time (and energy) to meal prep, work out, drink water, and magically have abs again. It’s overwhelming. Most days, just making it to bedtime feels like a win.” -Britt Mollet on motherhood

Outdoor Family Fun
If you see me and my family out and about around town, I’ll most likely be at hockey during the winter and soaking up Falls Park Farmers’ Market during the summer.

Innovative Influencing
I really enjoy creating content on Instagram and my free A Bit from Britt weekly newsletter that makes women stop mid-scroll and think, “She gets me.” Whether it’s a spicy take on diet culture, a recipe that actually tastes good, or a reel that makes you laugh, I show up to be your relatable bestie—not just your coach. So when I get a message saying, “This hit home,” I know I’m doing exactly what I’m meant to do!

Sweet Victory
I love coaching women inside my private client group. This is where I get to connect with women daily—answering questions, troubleshooting struggles, and celebrating their wins. It’s like having a front-row seat to their transformations, and I love every second of it.

Beach Day BFFs
We look forward to beach days with all our best friends and kids in Tea. Think: an epic block party, but with sand in your snacks and a full-on relay race to reapply sunscreen to wiggly toddlers. The kids run wild, the adults pretend we’re relaxing (until someone needs a snack refill), and for at least one afternoon, life feels like a scene straight out of a summer movie. Pure chaos. Pure magic. Wouldn’t trade it for the world.

“Having someone in your corner who helps you shift the ‘all-or-nothing thinking,’ celebrate small wins, and stop the cycle of self-sabotage? That changes everything.” -Britt Mollet

5 Random Facts

1. I was an official Taco Johns Taste Tester! My wildest dreams did in fact come true that afternoon.

2. My real name is Brittany, but I have gone by Britt since high school because my bestie was also a Brittany. Yet my OG friends call me Bird. I literally have no idea why.

3. Besides being a realistic women’s health coach, I also work full-time as a Physician Assistant for a local breast cancer surgeon. I’ve seen firsthand how strong and resilient women are, and it’s a daily reminder of why taking care of our health now matters so much.

4. I broke my wrist playing sand volleyball and continued to assist in the operating room for four weeks before I knew it was broken and then had to have a soft cast. Talk about showing up no matter what!

5. If I could have one super power, I’d want to love/crave chicken and broccoli. The smell alone from broccoli. It’s a pass from me.
