MONTY PYTHON'S SPAMALOT
February 26-28. Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science, Sioux Falls. 7:30 p.m. Head to the Washington Pavilion for a night of reliving “Monty Python  and the Holy Grail”, regarded as a turning point for the comedic world. CHEF BATTLE SIOUX FALLS
February 27. Remedy Brewing Company, Sioux Falls. 6 p.m. Calling all Food Network fans for a night of intense kitchen competition. Local chefs will have one hour to earn the title of Sioux Falls’ Best Chef, giving them a spot in the Midwest Regional Chef Battle. MARDI GRAS
March 1-2. Historic Downtown, Deadwood. Times vary. You don’t have to be in New Orleans to revel in the celebrations of Mardi Gras. Deadwood will offer a parade, parties, live music, and so much more. Don’t miss the Cajun Food Crawl, and your chance to be crowned Masquerade Party King and Queen. More info: deadwood.com.
3RD ANNUAL MASH MADNESS
March 1-17. Downtown, Sioux Falls. All day. Would you rather bracket beer instead of basketball? We thought so, which is why Downtown Sioux Falls is bringing four breweries together for 17 days of beer tasting heaven. MOUNTAIN WEST WHISKEY FESTIVAL
March 2. Rushmore Hotel, Rapid City. 5:30 p.m. This annual event brings people together in honor of the best whiskeys, bourbons, and scotch there are. Not to mention the live concert and upscale catering, this is the perfect festival to kickstart March. More info: mountainwestwhiskeyfestival.com.
