THE JAYCEES FEARGROUNDS

October 11-12. W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds, Sioux Falls. 7 p.m. Celebrate the Jaycee’s rebrand by grabbing your friends and getting scared silly. Held at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds, this 6,000-square-foot haunted house is home to Grave Digger, Chuckles the Clown, and many more friends waiting to “greet” you. More info: jayceesfeargrounds.com.

HE SAPA WACIPI (BLACK HILLS POWWOW)

October 11-13. Rushmore Plaza Civic Center, Rapid City. All day. Known as one of the premier American Indian cultural events in the country, He Sapa Wacipi is three days full of Native American art, competitions, music, and much more. HAUNTED FARM


October 11-13. 47449 275th St., Worthing. 7 p.m.
Head to the Haunted Farm to visit one of the area’s scariest haunted houses. Aside from the frightful Loft of Lunatics and Haunted Woods, you can also check out the baby animals, hayrides, and much more. Not sure about the fear factor? THE FUTURE OF FASHION

October 12. Club David, Sioux Falls. 6 p.m. Join MODstash Vintage and Terra Shepherd Boutique & Apothecary for a night full of fashion, sustainability, and community. HARVEST FESTIVAL

October 12. Strawbale Winery, Renner. 11 a.m. Live music, local vendors, and pumpkin painting will fill the grounds of Strawbale Winery for their festive version of customer appreciation.
