The 605 Show went live from Thinker Networks with Katryna Preston Lowery from Black Hills Playhouse, and Cheri Fast and Jess Danko from South Dakota Foundation for Medical Care

Hosts Dan Card and Alana Snyder discussed events for the month of May with Katryna, who came on to talk about Black Hills Playhouse’s season for the year, which consists of summer camps, programming with Dakotabilities, the Expanding Stage program, and more. Katryna mentioned that the statewide organization is in its 77th season this year!

Cheri and Jess from the South Dakota Foundation for Medical Care were up next to share the initiative to provide infection control education for healthcare workers. The pair explained the importance of washing your hands (and why you should sing Happy Birthday while doing so), national Hospital Week, and the rise of STDs. In Dan’s words, “y’all nasty.”

Tune in to learn more about how to get involved in events wherever you are, get information on attending a Black Hills Playhouse event, and play a game of Operation with Alana and a very clumsy Dan. A special thanks to our guests, Thinker Networks, and to our viewers!
