2.) Laura Ingalls Wilder Pageant

3.) Brookings Summer Arts Festival

5.) Gold Discovery Days

Lieutenant Colonel George Custer discovered gold with his calvary in 1874. Celebrate Gold Discovery Days with a carnival, an arts fair, a volleyball tournament, a 5K fun run, cornhole, a hot air balloon launch from Black Hills Balloons, and a parade.

6.) Days of ’76

Spend the last week of July cheering on the excitement of the 100th Annual Days of ‘76. Friday and Saturday promise parades. Wednesday through Saturday, expect a slew of PRCA Rodeo events. Don’t forget to dress for Tough Enough to Wear Pink on Friday night.
