BIG BAND CHRISTMAS

December 10. Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science, Sioux Falls. 7 p.m. Get your Christmas tune fix with Jazzed Up Big Band with Carol Nesbitt. Big Band Christmas will bring your favorite holiday songs to life. More info: washingtonpavilion.org.

SILENT NIGHT

December 12. Valiant Vineyards Winery, Vermillion. 6 p.m. If you love local farmers’ markets, head to Vermillion for the Vermillion Area Farmers Market silent auction. This is a fundraiser to support locally grown and made products. More info: vermillionchamber.com.

POLAR EXPRESS PAJAMA PARTY

December 14. Firehouse Wine Cellars, Rapid City. 4 p.m. Get ready for your favorite holiday story to come to life. This pajama party, which is 21+, will have various stations inspired by The Polar Express, classic beverage and food pairings, and live music. 26TH ANNUAL HOLIDAY HIGH TEA

December 14. The Matthews Opera House, Spearfish. 1 p.m. Take part in one of Spearfish’s oldest and most heartwarming traditions. Holiday High Tea is a tea party fit for royalty, with patrons arriving in their favorite hats to enjoy homemade pastries, tea sandwiches, and tea. EIGHTH ANNUAL SIOUX FALLS SANTACON PUB CRAWL

December 14th. Downtown, Sioux Falls. 4 p.m. Downtown Sioux Falls will host the best Santas around for the 8th Annual SantaCon, which will support the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society. With a new route, new bars, and live music, you will be Ho Ho Ho-ing all the way home. More info: SantaCon.info.
