The familiar sounds of summer nights will have a new ring to them this season. Main Street Square and co-sponsor Vast Broadband have decided to make a change to Thursdays on the Square. Located at the heart of Rapid City, Main Street Square will now host local groups and businesses every Thursday night from May 31- August 30, allowing them to promote their mission, product, or service.
In addition to the normal inflatables, beer garden, and food vendors, Thursday on the Square will always give the community an opportunity to increase their communication and togetherness with local companies.
“We can’t wait to see everyone down on the Square enjoying the diverse and vibrant nightlife that Rapid City has to offer on Thursday nights this summer,” said Elizabeth Smith, events director of Main Street Square. Evening festivities will begin at 6 p.m. and last until 9 p.m., providing residents with summer entertainment, while supporting their neighbors.
