The 605 Show is back again from Thinker Networks and joined by Rebecca Sime and Jess Danko from South Dakota Foundation for Medical Care and Jenny Haiar from IV&Co.
Hosts Dan Card and Alana Snyder present the two new 605 issues this month: The 605 Best Issue and and 605 Weddings. Alana previews some of the 605 Best list, such as Zebra Donuts from Ellis Donuts, and mentions some of the featured events of the month, like Christmas at the Capitol in Pierre.
Dan and Alana welcome Jenny Haiar to chat about her business, IV&Co. The business is 8 years old and provides services like IV hydration, vitamins, injections, genetic testing, oxygen therapy, and aesthetics. IV&Co. will be moving to the Bancorp building downtown from Allure Health at the end of the year, where Jenny will pioneer a Mediterranean day spa look for the interior of the building.
Jess Danko joined the conversation to chat about Handwashing week and to introduce Rebecca Sime. Jess also mentioned that the CDC recently recognized SDFMC for the second year in a row for their innovative education and infection control. Jess and Rebecca chat about vaccines and other infectious disease prevention steps, and play a game with pepper and soap to illustrate the importance of washing your hands.
Join Dan, Alana and the guests as they chat about the benefits of vitamin injections, why people get sick in the winter, and getting Alana’s son Owen’s ears pierced.
A special thanks to our guests, Thinker Networks, and our listeners!
